5. Pricing and Payment

Taxes and Fees: Applicable sales tax, delivery fees, service fees, and other charges will be added to your order total. These fees are clearly displayed before you complete your order.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards. Payment is required at the time of order placement. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it by contacting us immediately. After this time period, orders cannot be cancelled as they will have entered our kitchen preparation process.
Our Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment made.
Refunds: Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup. We will investigate your complaint and may, at our discretion, provide a refund, replacement, or credit.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The timing of refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.
No Refunds for: We do not provide refunds for orders that have been delivered or picked up, except in cases of our error or product quality issues reported within the specified time frame.
7. Delivery and Pickup Terms
Delivery Areas: We deliver to specific geographic areas. Delivery availability is determined by your selected location and may be subject to change.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, traffic, and other factors beyond our control.
Delivery Instructions: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and instructions. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you.
Failed Delivery: If we are unable to complete delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or other reasons beyond our control, you may be charged for the order and any applicable fees.
Pickup Orders: For pickup orders, you are responsible for collecting your order within the specified time frame. Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be discarded, and you may not be entitled to a refund.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery or pickup due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, strikes, or government actions.

Ingredient Accuracy: We make every effort to provide accurate ingredient information, but recipes and ingredients may change. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur from consuming our products.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIZZA DEPOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pizza Depot, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
